At flash2flash, along with Carrefour, we develop the leading global service that generates impulse buying by means of the consumers' mobile telephones, who are persuaded by a communication in the conventional mass media, carrying out a very simple tool for receiving a discount coupon: ask for a product to be reserved by means of sending a text message to a short number.
Once the user has received his MoviCupón on his mobile telephone, he goes to the nearest Carrefour, showing the code at the cash register so it can be validated using a scanner set up for the process, and benefitting from a 30% to 40% discount.
Following the success of ?The Magic code? campaign, flash2flash proposed taking a leap into the multimedia era, making mobile telephones the basic pillar for communication, advertising and marketing campaigns, since we consider it essential to use these for any promotion that wants to incorporate the benefits of the new technologies.
Under these parameters, we proposed developing a new promotional system from where television and mobile telephones are mixed, with the latter being the main direct communication and redemption tool.
