We create a system whereby, 2 days before the event, we sent an EMS message to the 3,000 guests with the attached image of a 2D bar code. This message carries the encryption of the personalised accreditation of each one of those attending, that had to be scanned at the entrance to the Municipal Pavilion of the Community of Madrid, to be checked and recorded in the database.

All of those users who were unable to scan their messages (broken, dirty or scratched screen) inputted the invitation code manually at the kiosks set up for the process.

Coinciding with the annual Convention that Carrefour EspaƱa offers its suppliers, we were asked to develop a method of sending invitations whereby once the customers have registered at the event through a microsite, they received a message on their mobile telephones with the invitation to the event.

In addition we were asked to identify each one of those attending the event.

Be able to introduce 1,500 people to the conference (in 2 periods, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon), having identified each one of these, in a period of no longer than 10-15 minutes.
