We discovered an under-exploited and growing niche: cyclists who cycle around the city for short journeys. They are our target.

We created the Bicycle Culture Club initiative, which consisted of:
A website where we collected everything on trend for this sector.
And an app for creating routes and following those of other users. Different routes through the city, for shopping, tapas, cultural tours.
